Melanie Harrison

My name is Melanie Harrison, Im a 35 year old that has lived in and around Cessnock my whole life.
Im a mother to three children so my life's very busy and that's how i like it.
In the last 12 months i have begun working in the disability sector although i have been involved in disability services from a young age as my sister has a disability. I have been involved in all aspects of her care during our lives and now also assist in helping manage her NDIS plan and ensure she has the best care possible.
I am extremely passionate about ensuring that all people are provided with quality of services and care. I get a lot of enjoyment out of seeing people reach their potential and enjoy all aspects of their life.
I also have 6 years of experience in aged care which is very helpful when it comes to assisting people with personal care
Stacey Coleman

Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Stacey Coleman, I have been working in the disability support sector for approximately three years.
My experience in the sector has been very rewarding, forming a quick passion in making participants days brighter from working in a group house setting to working 1 on 1support. I love all roles of my work. I soon realized i had a special interest in working with children and have spent the last two years working with children with ASD. I have since learnt many new skills in behavioral management, social cues and effective communication working with non verbal ASD and how to build trust and relationships. I love my job and making a difference in the lives of others
